  • Beansprouts - 100 g
  • Carrot (grated) x 0.5
  • Red pepper (sliced) x 0.25
  • Spring onion (chopped) x 1
  • Egg (room temp) x 1
  • Garlic clove (crushed) x 1
  • Fish sauce - 0.5 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
