Thai Basil Beef & Basmati Rice

An easy and accessible way to cook authentic Thai at home, this fragrant and flavourful beef dish will be ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Beef frying steak (sliced) x 1
  • Green beans (trimmed) - 50 g
  • Garlic clove (crushed) x 1
  • Onion (sliced) x 0.25
  • Fish sauce - 0.5 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chicken or Vegetable stock cube (mix in hot water) - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp
  • Basil leaves (handful)
  • Basmati rice - 70 g
