Tikka Salmon with Jewelled Rice

Tikka-spiced salmon is complemented with juicy pomegranate seeds for an easy one-pot dish that has minimal clean-up.

  • Red onion (diced) x 0.25
  • Tikka curry paste - 1 tbsp
  • Natural yogurt - 50 ml
  • Turmeric - 0.5 tsp
  • Dried apricots - 20 g
  • Pomegranate seeds - 20 g
  • Basmati rice - 70 g
  • Coriander leaves (chopped)
