Turkey Yakisoba

An impressively quick dish to throw together, these tasty turkey noodles are dressed up with a sticky sauce that can be made with common store cupboard ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Turkey breast (thin strips) - 150 g
  • Soba/buckwheat noodles (dried) - 50 g
  • Courgette (fine long strips lengthways) x 0.25
  • Tomato (diced) x 0.5
  • Lime (juice only) x 0.25
  • Basil (optional)
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 0.5 tsp
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp
