Honey Garlic Tofu

This recipe uses a quick and easy marinade to inject tofu with some serious flavour! Serve it over fluffy rice and you’re onto a winner.

Ingredients

  • Tofu (drained) - 100 g
  • Onion (diced) x 0.25
  • Garlic clove (crushed) x 1
  • Chilli sauce - 0.5 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Honey/Maple syrup - 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp
  • Basmati rice - 70 g
  • Broccoli (florets) x 0.25

  • Honey/Maple syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Basmati rice - 140 g
  • Broccoli (florets) x 0.5
