Vegetarian San Choy Bow

  • Broccoli (sml florets) x 0.25
  • Red pepper (diced) x 0.5
  • Celery stick (finely chopped) x 1
  • Spring onion (thinly sliced) x 1
  • Lettuce leaves (Cos/Chinese) x 3
  • Beansprouts - 30 g
  • Vegetable oxo/stock cube x 1
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Toasted almond flakes (optional)
