Japanese Chicken Katsu

Chicken katsu curry is a restaurant favourite, who knew it could be so easy to make at home? This recipe uses minimal ingredients to keep things simple and satisfying.

  • Chicken breast - 150 g
  • Basmati rice - 65 g
  • Katsu curry sauce - 90 g
  • Broccoli (florets) x 0.25
  • Slice of bread (blended) x 1
  • Egg (beaten) x 1
  • Plain Flour - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli (sliced) x 0.5
