Satay Noodles with Teriyaki Tofu

Noodles are spruced up with protein-packed tofu and a sweet, savoury satay sauce for a satisfying simple Asian-inspired dish.

Ingredients

  • Egg noodles (medium dried) - 50 g
  • Frozen peas - 40 g
  • Teriyaki tofu (cut into triangles) - 50 g
  • Satay sauce - 30 g
  • Beansprouts - 25 g
  • Frozen edamame - 40 g
  • Shallot (sliced) x 0.5
  • Roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Red chilli (finely sliced) x 0.5

  • Satay sauce - 60 g
  • Beansprouts - 50 g
  • Frozen edamame - 80 g
  • Shallot (sliced) x 1
  • Roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Red chilli (finely sliced) x 1
