Spaghetti alla Puttanesca

Made with a richly-flavoured tomato sauce, this plant-powered puttanesca packs just as much briny flavour as the real thing!

Ingredients

  • Tinned tomatoes (chopped) - 200 g
  • Kalamata olives (halved) x 3
  • Capers - 0.5 tsp
  • Kalamata olive brine (from jar) - 0.5 tsp
  • Caper brine (from jar) - 0.5 tsp
  • Garlic clove (minced) x 1
  • Red pepper flakes - 0.25 tsp
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Spaghetti - 90 g

  • Kalamata olive brine (from jar) - 1 tsp
  • Caper brine (from jar) - 1 tsp
  • Garlic clove (minced) x 2
  • Red pepper flakes - 0.5 tsp
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Spaghetti - 180 g
