Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese

A staple in every household, this bolognese recipe has the rich tomato sauce we all love, but swaps out beef for a nutritious medley of diced veggies.

  • Carrot (diced) x 0.5
  • Tinned tomatoes (chopped) - 200 g
  • Garlic clove (crushed) x 1
  • Onion (diced) x 0.25
  • Mushrooms (sliced) x 3
  • Red wine - 100 ml
  • Celery stick (diced) x 0.5
  • Red pepper flakes - 0.25 tsp
  • Parsley (handful)
  • Parmesan cheese
