  • White wine - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Vegetable stock - 180 ml
  • Coconut milk - 50 ml
  • Kale (chopped) - 45 g
  • Thyme - 1 tsp
  • Freshly sliced bread
